These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of online resources, physical resources, digital art, Ngā Toi workshops, Te Ao Haka workshops, and Te Reo Māori courses (online and in person). By using our website, you agree to these terms.

3. Purchases and Payments
   All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refunds and Returns policy. Payments must be made in full before access to digital resources, workshops, or courses is granted, and we accept various payment methods as listed on our website.
4. Refunds and Returns
   Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads or online courses. Refunds for physical products are available within 14 days of purchase if the item is defective or damaged. Workshop and course refunds are subject to the specific cancellation policies outlined in the relevant sections below.
5. Digital and Physical Resources
   Digital resources are for personal or educational use only and may not be resold, distributed, or modified without permission. Unauthorized distribution may result in further action being taken. Physical resources will be shipped to the address provided at checkout, and we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
6. Ngā Toi and Te Ao Haka Workshops
   Workshops require pre-booking and full payment in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least seven days before the scheduled date; late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops if necessary. If a rescheduled workshop is not suitable for the customer, a refund will be provided.
7. Te Reo Māori Courses
   Course access is granted upon full payment, and online courses are non-transferable and intended for registered participants only. In-person courses require attendance at the scheduled times and locations. We reserve the right to remove participants who breach respectful conduct guidelines.
8. Intellectual Property
   All content, including digital resources, course materials, and artwork, is the property of Rauora Reo and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without explicit permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
   We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content on our site is free from errors, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from errors or use of the site.
10. Personal Information
    Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent, except where necessary to fulfill services such as payment processing, order delivery, or legal requirements.
